The FastTrack program is designed to help you accelerate your Dynamics deployment with confidence. You must use an O account, that belongs to a tenant, that has DFO licenses trial or real activated. Are you trying toto start a trial or has your organization purchased DFFO licenses? Anyway you should first activate the licenses so that they can be seen in the DFO admin portal.

I cannot see any links or buttons mentioning either maintain or updates. You will find an option as Full Details rather than "Environment Details". Once you click on Full Details.
